Information you provide
Glpify may process the following information when you choose to provide it:
- Account information, such as your display name, email address, sign-in provider, and profile image.
- Journey information, including medication and dose entries, injection dates, weight, height, goals, mood, side effects, daily logs, notes, and photos.
- Community content, including posts, comments, reactions, group messages, follows, reports, and blocks.
- Subscription status and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple for purchase verification.
- Device and operational information needed for notifications, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and service reliability.
Apple Health
Apple Health access is optional. With your permission, Glpify may read steps, walking distance, and active minutes, and may write weight check-ins. Health data is used to provide features directly to you. It is not sold or used for advertising. You can revoke access in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
How information is used
- Provide, synchronize, personalize, and secure the Glpify service.
- Display the logs, charts, reminders, groups, and community features you request.
- Calculate transparent summaries from your entries and privacy-protected community aggregates.
- Verify subscriptions, deliver paid features, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
- Send notifications you enable and respond to support, safety, or legal requests.
Journey Copilot
Journey Copilot is optional and requires separate consent. When enabled, Glpify sends OpenAI a structured subset of your logs without your name, email, photos, free-text notes, posts, comments, or group messages. OpenAI may retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. Glpify stores validated Copilot results and limited operational metadata. You can revoke consent and delete saved AI insights in the app.
When information is shared
Glpify shares information only as needed to operate features, follow your choices, or meet legal and safety obligations. Service providers may include cloud hosting and storage, authentication, push notification, subscription verification, and AI processing providers. Community information is visible according to the privacy settings and sharing actions you choose. Glpify does not sell personal or health information.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained only while needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account from Settings in the app. Account deletion removes or de-identifies associated service data, subject to limited legal, security, backup, and transaction-record obligations.
Your choices
- Edit privacy controls, health permissions, notification settings, and community visibility in the app or iOS Settings.
- Delete Journey Copilot insights or revoke AI consent.
- Request account deletion from the app.
- Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right available in your region.
Age and safety
Glpify is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Glpify is a tracking and peer-support product, not a medical device, and does not provide diagnosis or treatment advice.
