Email admin@glpjourney.com and include the app version, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not email passwords or unnecessary health details.
Subscriptions
Open Glpify Plus and choose Restore purchases if an active subscription is not recognized. Billing, cancellation, and renewal settings are managed through your Apple Account. Product name, duration, and localized price are shown in the app before purchase.
Privacy and account deletion
Privacy controls, Journey Copilot consent, and account deletion are available in Glpify Settings. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Health and urgent help
Glpify cannot answer medical questions or provide emergency support. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, medication, or dosing. Contact local emergency services if you believe you may be experiencing an emergency.
